On whether you can get it backHonestly: coins moved on-chain are usually very hard to recover, and no one can promise to get them back for you — anyone offering to "recover your stolen funds for a fee" is almost always a second scam. What you can do is freeze fast to cap the loss, preserve evidence, file through Binance's official channels, and harden the account again.
