One thing to be sure ofZhenku only receives email, at the address above. We never message you first (Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat, or phone), and we certainly never ask for your Binance password, verification codes, or recovery phrase, or ask you to transfer funds. Anyone contacting you first in the name of "Zhenku" or "official support" and asking for these is running a scam. Ignore them.
What we do not do
- We do not hold funds or operate accounts on anyone's behalf.
- We do not give investment advice, pick coins, or run trading calls.
- We do not promise to "recover" stolen assets — anyone claiming they can retrieve your coins for a fee is almost always running a second scam.
